A meetup of partner organizations related to Social Media Declaration(SMD) | Colombo
A meeting of partner organizations related to Social Media Declaration(SMD)/ Version 2.0 was held on the 26th at the GOH in Colombo. During this meeting, discussions were held on this year’s activities related to SMD and strategies were identified.
Special(Urgent) attention was given to three key topics:
1. Online Safety Act
2. sNIC
3. Digital projects of the NPP government
Several urgent actions were also proposed during the meeting.
The purpose and content of the meeting were presented by me, while Dr. Sanjana Hattotuwa (Sanjana Hattotuwa Ph.D.) shared insights on new trends in Sri Lanka and Globally. His presentation provided valuable input for improving future activities.
